Pathways Forward
These offerings invite you into healing through connection —
choose the one that feels right for you.
individual & group
therapy
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) offering individual and group therapy for people navigating life transitions, burnout and fatigue, depression, anxiety, relational struggles, and identity exploration. My approach integrates somatic, narrative, parts-based, and transpersonal modalities to help you come home to yourself, befriend your nervous system, re-write old stories, find meaning and purpose, and live with greater authenticity and ease.
Psilocybin journey facilitation
I offer psilocybin journeys within Oregon’s legal framework—safe, legally guided, and supportive spaces to reconnect with yourself, others, and the living world. Though distinct from therapy, this work can open new pathways of insight, healing, and connection, inviting you into deeper relationship with your inner life and the more-than-human world.
(Offered as a non-clinical, OHA regulated experience. This offering is not psychotherapy or medical treatment)
trans masculine
support
Through various modalities, I offer spaces for transmasculine people to explore identity, embodiment, and belonging. Together we tend to the complexities of transition, relationship, and self-understanding with care, honesty, and depth. We explore what it means to claim your own authentic masculinity, navigate societal expectations, and cultivate a sense of strength, presence, and tenderness that feels truly your own.
ketamine assisted
therapy (KAP)
KAP is a process that blends the use of ketamine—a legal psychedelic medicine—with therapeutic support and gentle guidance. In the right conditions, ketamine can help quiet habitual thought patterns, soften emotional defenses, and open a wider field of awareness. Many people describe a renewed sense of connection—to self, to life, and to what matters most.
