therapy services
I am a licensed clinical social worker offering individual and group therapy for people across the lifespan. My work is guided by deep respect for each person’s self-determination and autonomy. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you can come home to yourself—remember your own nature and rhythms—and connect more authentically with others.
Approach
I draw from a variety of approaches to support healing and growth in ways that are both practical and deeply felt. Somatic practices help you connect with your body and notice how emotions and experiences are held physically. Narrative therapy explores the stories we tell about ourselves and our lives—and the stories that are told to us about who we are—inviting awareness of how personal experience is shaped by culture, power, and social context. This process helps you see patterns, question limiting narratives, and create new possibilities. Transpersonal psychology invites reflection on the broader meaning and purpose in your life, connecting personal growth with spiritual and relational dimensions.
I also integrate parts-based work, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and expressive arts. In practice, that might look like talking through your story, tuning into body sensations, exploring different parts of yourself, practicing grounding or mindfulness, or using creative expression to help make sense of your experiences.
I weave in practical tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well. “Dialectical” simply means finding balance between two truths—like accepting yourself as you are while also working toward change. These skills can help you regulate emotions, manage stress, and build relationships that feel authentic, balanced, and sustainable.
Together, these approaches allow us to work on multiple levels—personal, relational, and ecological—so that insights and experiences in therapy can be integrated into lasting, meaningful change in how you live, relate to others, and engage with the world around you.
As a queer and transgender man, I bring lived experience with identity and life transitions. I hold space for the complexity of being human—moving beyond rigid categories and supporting people to grow both personally and relationally.
