Legal & Safety Information

Psilocybin Services

Psilocybin services are provided in accordance with the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act and are available only to adults 21 years and older. These services are not a replacement for medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment.

Facilitators provide non-directive support during psilocybin sessions. We do not direct, prescribe, or diagnose, and experiences are personal and may vary.

Psilocybin may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with certain medical conditions or psychiatric histories should consult a licensed healthcare provider before participation. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

Therapy Services

Therapy sessions are provided as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and are confidential. Services are both private-pay and covered by some insurances.

Client information is treated with strict confidentiality under state law and professional ethics, with exceptions for mandatory reporting, risk of harm to self or others, or court orders.

Distinct Services & Professional Boundaries

To maintain clear professional boundaries and safety:

  • I do not provide therapy to clients during psilocybin sessions.

  • I do not facilitate psilocybin sessions for my therapy clients.

Each service is offered independently. Participation in one is not a requirement for the other, and you may choose whichever service aligns with your goals.
