Legal & Safety Information

Psilocybin Services

Psilocybin services are provided in accordance with the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act and are available only to adults 21 years and older.

Psilocybin administration sessions are conducted within Oregon's regulated psilocybin program and are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for mental health care.

As a licensed psilocybin facilitator, I provide supportive, non-directive facilitation during psilocybin sessions. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or direct the content of a participant's experience. Each individual's experience is unique, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Psilocybin may not be appropriate for everyone. Individuals with certain medical conditions or psychiatric histories should consult with a qualified healthcare provider when considering participation. Psilocybin services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

Therapy Services

Psychotherapy services are provided under my license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Therapy services are confidential and may be available through private pay or insurance, depending on eligibility and coverage.

Client information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with state law and professional ethics, with exceptions related to mandatory reporting requirements, imminent risk of harm, or legal orders.

Professional Roles & Service Boundaries

I offer both psychotherapy and psilocybin services and may work with individuals in one or both capacities when clinically and ethically appropriate.

When providing psychotherapy services, I am acting under my clinical license and professional standards as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

When providing psilocybin administration services, I am acting as a licensed psilocybin facilitator under Oregon Psilocybin Services regulations. Psilocybin administration sessions are not psychotherapy sessions, and no psychotherapy is provided during the administration session itself.

Preparation and integration support may be offered either as part of Oregon Psilocybin Services or as psychotherapy services under my clinical license, depending on the nature of the service being provided and the needs of the client.

Participation in therapy is not required to access psilocybin services, and participation in psilocybin services is not required to receive therapy.
